The exhaust system is made entirely from high-quality Japanese Ti1 titanium. This all-titanium construction creates a significantly lighter exhaust system compared to the original steel exhaust. The reduction in weight noticeably improves handling during directional changes, enhances acceleration, and decreases stopping distances. Additionally, the stepped tapered headers and mid-pipe tube dimensions contribute to a distinct increase in mid-range torque and peak horsepower, along with the unmistakable Vandemon sound.

Appearance:

The surface finish is a natural brushed titanium. After just one ride, it reveals a spectrum of colours. Titanium offers significant advantages over stainless steel, as it does not stain, corrode, or require polishing. Additionally, titanium has a high resistance to acid and salt, and it dissipates heat twice as quickly as steel.

Manufacture:

We at Vandemon use a closely guarded welding process that welds both sides of each joint which makes for ultrasonically perfectwelds.

Tuning:

The muffler is equipped with a removable silencer, which when used doesn’t require remapping of your ECU, as any slight alterations to fueling will be managed by the OEM mapping, however, when the silencer is not used, tuning to suit is recommended by a competent technician.
